 The CCMA Wall Cost Comparison Program represents the results of a cost data study of 50 different wall systems used in commercial and residential applications, performed by E. J. Brown and Associates, a recognized authority on estimating in the Carolinas.
The cost data in the study represents an average for North and South Carolina. The costs developed are initial construction costs only and do not include maintenance or operating costs associated with the different wall systems.

The sample Wall List Form (below) allows you to view a list of the walls in the database along with the wall number, description and square foot cost. You can select a wall to view the full details. You can also print a list of all the walls in the database along with the wall number, description and square foot cost.

The sample Wall Cost Details Form (below) is the heart of the Wall Cost Comparison Program. From here you can edit, copy, create and print different walls. The Tab Controls allows you to view Wall Items Details, Wall Cost Totals, Wall Diagram/Description, and it also allows you to change cost variables.
